What I do is observing things that are not so visible or maybe go unnoticed. Things that wait to be recognised if you stop for a moment, but that they just remain without you if you do not.

 

I collect up some of these things and I remove them from their place; I take them to mine. Some others, I just leave them there.

 

Those that end up drawn on paper are no longer the same, they are translated. They have another colour, another dimension, another space ... They are already another ‘other’.

 

Observe, collect and translate. These are my three actions.
